How do I book my tanning appointment for my competition?
Click “Book Your Tan” and select the show you will be competing in.
Enter your name and personal details, select the division you will be competing in (if you compete in multiple divisions, just select one) and choose from the available time slots.
When will I receive my tanning appointment confirmation?
Your tanning appointment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout 2–3 days before the show.
This email will also include the tanning location and important event information.
I missed the online registration. What should I do?
If you did not book your tanning appointment online, please visit the STAGEPRO check-in table at the event to schedule your appointment. A RM50 late booking fee will be added to your tanning package.
I have tattoos on my body, what should I do?
If you have tattoos that you would like covered for stage appearance, you may add our Tattoo Coverage service for an additional fee of RM250. Please inform our staff during check-in on show day so we can arrange the coverage for you.
What should I wear to my tanning appointment?
Please refer to our “Pre-Tan Tips” for full guidelines and clothing recommendations.
Should I rinse after my first tanning application?
No. Do not rinse after your first application unless your STAGEPRO tanning technician instructs you to do so.
What is the refund policy if I do not compete in the show?
STAGEPRO has a strict no-refund policy if you register for a show but do not attend your tanning appointment.
